Säätötuli Canada manufactures and distributes biomass boilers and furnaces in North America. Our products are based on the Finnish Säätötuli biomass burning technology for which we own the product rights for North America. We have a range of hot water boilers starting from 100,000 BTU/hr (30kW) up to 5,118,000 BTU/hr (1500kW). Our hot air furnace has an output of 1,706,000 BTU/hr (500kW), meaning it can provide roughly 17,000 CFM of air with a delta T of about 80°C. Our hot water biomass boilers as well as the hot air generators can be combined to increase the output.

Säätötuli is a pioneer in the manufacturing of containerised biomass boilers (also called modular biomass heating plants). Säätötuli built the first unit in Finland in 2003 and has delivered more than 300 containerized units since. Therefore, our containerized biomass heating systems benefit of all this know-how and come in different sizes and shapes to adapt to all your heating needs.
Local manufacturing
Säätötuli Canada uses local sub-contractors for the manufacturing of parts like the pressure vessels of the hot-water boilers and cast iron parts for the burner grids.
Automation cabinets are built in our St. Hyacinthe, QC premises with only standard electric components you will find at any electrical supplier in Canada.

Säätötuli Canada distributes biomass wood-chippers which are top quality PTO-driven chippers to produce high quality biomass fuel. They are perfect if you want to transform hog, slash piles, surface boards, branches and treetops to wood-energy chips to feed your biomass heating equipment.
Säätötuli Canada also distributes Pilkemaster firewood processors which are fast and reliable machines to cut and split wood.
